A Little Story About My Weight Loss Journey

I have always wanted to live a healthy life and be in great shape, (doesn’t everybody? Ha!) but this is much easier said than done. I had a fatal addiction to sugar for the better part of my life.

That all changed when I discovered the low-carb diet. I not only eliminated sugars but also found healthy low-carb alternatives for making the same delicious desserts I have always known and loved.Best Diet Plans for Weight Loss

This life-changing decision allowed me to shed 30 pounds of pure fat in 5 months! From 210 pounds to 180! Life goals were coming to fruition.

Now, I truly live a low-carb lifestyle. I incorporate other diet and fitness into my daily life as well, and I love it! Not only do I love the way I look, but also the way I feel as I have insane energy even without tons of coffee and red bull. (my ex-vice!)

I quickly realized that the old saying “You are what you eat” could not be truer. The foods we put into our body every day is the main source of our daily fuel. This makes it even more important to make good eating choices each and every day!
